We welcome medical students from other institutions to join us for elective terms of up to six weeks.

For more information on completing an elective, contact:

PhD students are mostly based at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children or the Telethon Kids Institute, although  there are several who are conducting their studies in overseas laboratories.

Areas of Research

Postgraduate research opportunties are available in:

  • rheumatology
  • gastrointestinal diseases
  • paediatric infectious diseases
  • genetic epidemiology
  • adolescent health and eating disorders.
